Collections list page
A grid of every collection in the store, at /collections. It gives customers a single overview of how your catalog is organized, and it gives you somewhere to point a "Shop all" link.
Open it from the template dropdown in the theme editor.
The grid
Collections per page and Columns on desktop set the layout.
How each tile looks — image shape, corner rounding, whether the product count shows — comes from Collection cards.
Collection images
Each tile uses the collection's own image, falling back to the first product's photo when a collection has none. Set images under Products → Collections → Collection image in the admin.
This page is the one place where every collection appears side by side, so inconsistent artwork shows more here than anywhere else. It is worth setting a proper image for each collection before linking to this page from your navigation.
Hide empty collections
Hide empty collections leaves out collections with no products.
Worth turning on if you use seasonal collections that empty out between seasons. An empty collection in the grid is a tile a customer clicks and finds nothing behind — better not to offer it than to explain it.
What appears here
Every collection in the store appears automatically, including automated collections and any created by apps. There is no way to choose a subset on this template.
If you want a curated selection instead, use a Featured collections section on the home page or a standard page, where you pick each collection by hand.
